Exterior Sheet Metal, Inc was established in 1985 by Leif Eng right here in Grimes, IA. Doing most of the work by himself, Leif built a solid and very strong company. Exterior Sheet Metal, Inc. specializes in architectural sheet metal in Iowa with emphasis on metal roofing. Our shop can break metal up to 10’. The experienced crew can handle pre-finished steel, copper, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel.
Some of the specialized work that we have perfected would be standing seam roofs and metal wall panels. We also specialize in custom copper fabrication including cupolas and bay window roofs. Our experienced crew can not only custom fabricated soffit, fascia, gutter and downspouts, be we can also install the finished product quickly and efficiently.
To this date, Leif still has a hands-on type of leadership and takes great pride in his employees. He is confident that his staff can handle any specialized sheet metal work you require.
